– Due to lower water temperatures required, air source heat pumps perform well with UFH, larger radiators and upgraded pipework may be required.
– Air source heating systems can be placed on the ground near an outside wall. The outside unit requires enough space around it to get a good flow of air.
– Air source heat pumps can provide all the hot water requirements. A hot water cylinder will be required and a suitable internal space.
– The system can lower your fuel bills, whilst providing you with an income under the Government’s RHI scheme. Once fitted the ASHP will need very little maintenance whilst heating your home and providing hot water.
